When can i get the level 2 house upgrade available in harvest moon tree of tranquility?
I’ve been playing harvest moon for 3 days and i need to know how to get the level 2 house upgrade option available at Dales..
You must go to Dale’s Carpentry to order any new buildings or upgrades. All building materials in your possession are displayed whenever you access the menu in Dale’s Carpentry. If you have sufficient materials and funds for the upgrade, you can order any building upgrade displayed in the menu.

A study of an attempt to improve the reliability of teachers’ holistic scores of elementary writing through in-house professional development. $49.99 This study evaluated the effectiveness of a school-based training that attempted to improve the reliability of holistic scores teachers assigned to the writings of elementary school students. Seventeen teachers at one suburban elementary school located in the Southeastern United States participated in three training sessions that allowed for scoring practice and group discussions. The trainers, or presenters, were “faculty-experts.” A comparison of scores the participants assigned to students’ writings before and after the training was conducted. The analyses included t-tests that compared the participants’ mean scores to the scores assigned by raters from the state, a within-group analysis of reliability as measured by Cronbach’s Alpha, and percentage agreement analyses. The results suggested that the in-house training activities promoted higher inter-rater reliability of scores assigned to students’ writings by the teachers in this study.;This study also compared teachers identified as being highly confident writers with teachers who reported low levels of self-confidence related to writing. Prior to the training, the highly confident teachers’ scores tended to be lower than the state scores and the scores assigned by their less confident peers. During group discussions, however, the “high-confidence” group was just as likely to change their scores to a higher level as to a lower level, and by the end of the training, both groups demonstrated more consistent score patterns. |

Pulse chasing revealed a proteasome-dependent destabilization of GFPu protein by PA28alphaOE. To verify these findings in intact animals and investigate the impact of PA28alphaOE on the heart, stable transgenic mouse lines were created to allow doxycycline-suppressible cardiomyocyte-restricted (CR-) PA28alphaOE. Against the grain: A study of North Carolina’s plan to provide college to its prison inmates. $49.99 This study uses theories of organizational resiliency and distributed structure to analyze the development and maintenance of postsecondary correctional education (PSCE) in North Carolina. The study uses bounded case study methodology to focus on the partnership between the North Carolina Department of Correction (NCDOC) and the North Carolina Community College System (NCCCS) that provides PSCE to over one-third of all inmates in North Carolina. First, the study examines why North Carolina expanded access to PSCE at a time when other states restricted access. The findings indicate two reasons: (1) legislative (House Bill 50) and legal factors (Small v. Martin) mandated that the NCDOC and NCCCS work together to provide PSCE to the incarcerated population, and (2) the state’s culture and values emphasize education for everyone, including inmates, helping to develop widespread support for PSCE.;Next the study explores how North Carolina currently provides access to PSCE using data acquired from interviews, document review, and direct observation. The two agencies demonstrated a pragmatic approach that emphasized vocational versus academic PSCE, programs that could be completed within the amount of time remaining on a prison sentence, a funding structure that avoids burdensome legislative oversight, and an awareness of the balance between the local level units of the two agencies and the central system offices.;The study concludes with an analysis of North Carolina’s PSCE using Coutu’s (2003) theory of organizational resiliency and Brafman and Beckstrom’s (2006) theory of distributed structure and questions whether distributed structure contributes to a better understanding of organizational resiliency.
